Hi, I’m Laura, and I’m a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, living and working in the leafy suburbs of London town. I have been designing for over a decade since finishing my degree in sunny Cornwall, and have a worked with a wide range of wonderful clients during that time.

I’ve been lucky enough to design, illustrate and art direct, for all manner of design projects from publishing projects to pop-up shops, and for a diverse and exciting range of clients. I have a keen eye for layout, love to experiment with typography and image, and get a great deal of satisfaction from a job well done.

I'm well versed in the Adobe CC suite (Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are all old friends) and am comfortable with some html and basic Dreamweaver know-how, and always happy to work with web builders to bring my designs to life for my clients.

I'm very experienced working within the publishing industry and have worked on many magazine and book projects, alongside design for all manner of print-based materials. I'm fast paced and accurate, with a high level of creativity, and adept at meeting tight deadlines and coping with demanding workloads.

I like people, and enjoy working as part of a team whenever I get the chance, but I’m also highly self-motivated and very organised, which has been key to freelancing thus far.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can enjoying all the wonderful things London has to offer. I love to travel, am a keen art and craft fan, and I’ve also become a bit of a sewing fiend over the last few years having recently created my own range of hand-made printed textiles.

I'm always keen to meet new clients, so if you would like to discuss a project idea or would be interested in working together I'd love to hear from you. Until then, enjoy the site and thanks for stopping by!
